Tandem Cycling - General information

Cycling for athletes with a visual impairment is governed by the International Cycling Union.   Visually impaired riders compete on tandem bikes with a fully-sighted pilot in the front seat. Both track and road events are held, and the sport is on the Paralympic Games programme.
