Hosted by the Romanian Paralympic Committee.
The tournament will take place at the Romanian Football Federation national training centre in Mogosoaia, Bucharest. It is open to three national blind football teams plus the Romanian team.
The hosts will cover local transport, meals and accommodation. Maximum ten people per delegation plus one referee.
