IBSA Blind Football returned to Tbilisi, Georgia, last weekend to deliver a training course for a new group of blind football referees.
IBSA Blind Football Refereeing Co-ordinator Elias Mastoras travelled to the Georgian capital to conduct the course, which was held at the Tbilisi University of Sport.
The seminar was arranged locally by the Georgian Football Federation for the Blind and Partially Sighted and was attended by seven budding referees.
