IBSA Goalball Announces Proposed Changes to 2014-2017 Rules and Regulations

IBSA Goalball is announcing several changes to the existing rules and regulations that are specified in the attached document. In accordance with paragraph 43, these changes will take place 60 days after the posting of this announcement on 28 February 2016.
